I'm so excited to bring you this episode/conversation with author, Sarah Johnson!
Her brand new book is one every Mother needs in her life...but here's the deal, this is not a book on breastfeeding (and every man just took a sigh of relief!).
Sarah is a life coach (as well as many other things) and her book is written as a tool that anyone, particularly Mothers, can use to help move themselves towards change. Mama, your worth is not measured in ounces-- or in other peoples opinions, or on how happy your baby seems at any given moment, etc. You have what you need to be exactly what your baby needs and Sarah shows you how and why!
