You know those life changing moments? 
The one’s that no matter what ails you, you’ll never forget? This is one of those. 

A moment personally when my family heritage suddenly shifted from what felt like an old black and white movie—to living color.  But also an unexpected moment that wove together a thread of how we heal; from Navajo’s hundreds of years ago, to my graduate school therapeutic models, and eventually through to my professional career even yet today.
