The need for leadership—from the White House to our house

This weeks episode is a call to action! It’s done in two parts, pre-inauguration and post-inauguration. While there is not political discussions here— there is attention brought to why our national/state governments, our local executive teams, and our families are in desperate need for reevaluating what true and effective leadership really looks like. Our parenting skills and leadership skills are reflective of each other in ways we may not realize. This episode calls us to action— our families need our leadership, our country does too!
